Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies for PCB and Discrete components to achieve business targets.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.
- Analyze market trends and data to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category plans with product development and operational needs.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives, value engineering projects, and continuous improvement efforts within the category.
- Monitor and report on category performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain, with a focus on PCB and Discrete components
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex supplier relationships
- Connects technology roadmaps with sourcing and commercial strategy
- Delivers measurable cost, margin, and value improvements
