Whitecoat | The Content Creation House

  • Location: Singapore (with close collaboration with London HQ)
  • Reports to: Business Development Consultant (Zoe)
  • Department: Growth & Partnerships
  • Role Type: Full-time

About Whitecoat

Whitecoat is The Content Creation House. Because content is the connective tissue between brands and their audiences—and it deserves to be crafted with clarity, intelligence and creative precision. That's why we've built a House of Talent that brings every idea to life in the most powerful, effective way possible.

We are independent, global, and recognised on the world stage for both the quality and the effectiveness of our output. Our recent work for Unilever's Vaseline Verified was awarded a Cannes Titanium Lion in 2025, and we were named Global Post-Production Company of the Year at the 2025 London International Awards.

Amazon, Meta, Unilever and Pernod Ricard trust us to create world-class documentaries, long- and short-form commercials, brand films, internal communications, animations and creator-led content.

Our model removes the usual barriers between strategy, creative, production, post and AI-enabled workflows. Everything is—quite literally—under one roof, allowing us to deliver content at speed, with precision and with consistency.

Beyond the work, Whitecoat is known for its people. We're a supportive, collaborative and down-to-earth team who take the craft seriously, but not ourselves. It's an environment where good ideas rise—and where talented people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Our ambition is simple: to keep delivering world-class content for complex organisations that expect the very best.

The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive growth across APAC and EMEA. This will include nurturing our existing client relationships and expanding Whitecoat's presence in high-value sectors (tech, beauty, FMCG).

This is a hybrid commercial–strategic role for someone who loves building pipelines, shaping opportunities, and connecting clients with the perfect creative and production solutions.

You'll collaborate with Zoe (Business Development Consultant), James (Founder), and the leadership team to qualify briefs, identify opportunities and devise contact strategies and campaigns, as well as develop pitch responses that convert to revenue and work we are proud of.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pipeline & Prospecting

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline across SG and UK markets
  • Obtain business intelligence on existing clients, research prospective brands, categories, and opportunities using internal frameworks (P5, CRM dashboards, vertical mapping, competitor analysis)
  • Devise and conduct strategic outreach campaigns
  • Monitor progress and hold others accountable according to KPIs
  • Identify and qualify new prospects aligned to our expanded capabilities, including Studio+, Creator Engine, and Performance Content.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Own day-to-day relationship development across key SG and UK.
  • Support Zoe in growing high-value accounts (Amazon, Meta, Unilever, Pernod, etc.).
  • Represent Whitecoat at industry events and introductions.
  • Build trusted relationships with mid-senior marketers, creative leads, and production partners.

3. Pitching & Proposal Development

  • Work with Strategy, Creative and Production to build pitch responses and proposals.
  • Assist with RFP submissions, budgets, timelines and breakdowns.

4. Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM hygiene, contact logs, and revenue forecasting.
  • Share market intelligence with the wider team; identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate intro calls for Zoe and James; prepare briefing documents and follow-ups.
  • Work to keep case studies and website content current.

5. Growth Initiatives

  • Help expand our three key service suites: Studio+, Creator Engine, Performance Content.
  • Identify partnership opportunities across creator platforms, production partners, and tech vendors.
  • Contribute to quarterly growth reviews and BD workshops.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Creative Agencies, Production, or Brand Marketing.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines and convert opportunities & an interest in using the latest Ai tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
  • Confident navigating creative, production and post-production environments.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and markets.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Meta or creator-led platforms is a plus.
  • CRM proficiency and strong presentation-writing skills.

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Work across two global hubs (Singapore & London).
  • Be part of a nimble, elite-craft content studio producing work in 7+ countries annually.
  • Play a central role in building and positioning our three expanding service suites: Studio+, Creator Engine, Performance Content.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled production and adaptive content workflows.
  • Direct access to leadership and opportunities for rapid progression.
