Lead and manage a team of Brand Protection professionals responsible for building and driving brand protection for SEA and other emerging markets
Oversee strategic partnerships with brands, brand agencies, industry associations, law enforcement bodies, and government regulators
Develop and scale regional brand protection strategies, policies, and operational frameworks to proactively address evolving risks and support long-term business growth
Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, legal, regulatory, risk, and business teams to establish scalable workflows, governance frameworks, and escalation protocols for brand protection matters
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A master's degree is advantageous but not required
Minimum 10 years of total working experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience across brand protection, trust & safety, IP protection or Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Proven people management and team leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
Strong critical thinking skills, with demonstrated experiences in managing relationships with C-Suites and senior stakeholders
Mature interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation, reporting, and consulting
