A global B2B engineering services company needs a seasoned Brand Director to spearhead brand transformation. This is an individual contributor role and he/she will be responsible for transforming the company's global brand, leading a strategic brand function, and shaping how the brand is perceived both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global brand strategy, manage brand renewal programs, and create compelling narratives for complex business propositions
- Implement governance frameworks and centralized brand management systems
- Deliver content marketing, experiential activations, and campaigns that align with strategic intent
- Align brand direction with enterprise goals, manage internal ambassadors and agencies, and present performance insights to leadership
- Establish KPIs for brand equity, awareness, and ROMI; adopt advanced measurement approaches for long-term brand value
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years experience in brand strategy with at least 5 years in B2B, B2G and/or industrial sectors
- Strong experience in managing relationships with government stakeholders and public sector organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
