Global Benefits, Consultant/Senior Consultant

Join our Global People Solutions team and partner with multinational organisations at enterprise level to design, manage, and optimise their global employee benefits programmes. Working across a portfolio of complex international clients, you will lead or support client relationships, deliver strategic and operational consulting solutions, and collaborate with colleagues and partners across our global network.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver global benefits services for multinational clients across multiple countries and regions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for enterprise-level organisations.
• Lead client deliverables including renewals, reporting, presentations, projects, and ongoing consulting support.
• Analyse and interpret client data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Lockton's global network and international partners to resolve client issues and deliver solutions across countries.
• Support business development initiatives, including RFPs, project scoping, and proposal development.
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of junior team members where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Consultant: approximately 8+ years experience in employee benefits, insurance, consulting, HR, or a related client-facing environment. Senior Consultant: approximately 12+ years experience, with demonstrated experience managing larger, more complex multinational or enterprise-level clients.
• Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications in insurance, international benefits, HR, or related disciplines are advantageous.
