- create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships
- execute M&A and capital markets transactions for corporate and private equity clients
- generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
- assist in the management of a team and plan overall resource requirements, by recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals
- make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards)
- motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals

You'll be working in the Global Banking Asia Execution team in Singapore.

Your expertise
- Track record in leading a wide range of IPO/ M&A transactions across sectors, products and countries
- Ideally you have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking
- Provide independently driven, high quality financial analysis, valuation, and deal judgment
- Act as a trusted day to day advisor to senior client management and key stakeholders
- Own transaction processes, timelines, and coordination across internal and external parties
- Demonstrate strong commercial mindset and sector / market insight to support origination
- Review and challenge work produced by junior bankers to ensure technical excellence
- Mentor and develop analysts and associates through active coaching and oversight
- Work seamlessly with coverage, product, risk, legal, and compliance teams
- Undergraduate degree
