As Global Partner Program Manager for Asset and Work Management (AWM), you will lead the global partner strategy to accelerate business growth, strengthen delivery capability, expand market coverage, and enhance customer success. Reporting to the Head of the ESS Partner Program, you will translate business priorities into partner initiatives that drive partner-led pipeline, implementation capacity, and sustainable order intake.
You will define global partner priorities, governance, enablement standards, and ecosystem development plans while working closely with Territorial Partner Managers who lead regional execution. The role also manages key strategic partner relationships and provides leadership visibility into ecosystem performance, opportunities, and investment priorities.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Define and execute the global AWM partner strategy aligned with business objectives, solution roadmaps, and market priorities.
- Develop and optimize the partner ecosystem by assessing coverage, capability, capacity, and market fit, and identifying strategic recruitment and investment opportunities.
- Establish global partner governance, enablement standards, and performance expectations to drive consistent execution across regions.
- Lead selected strategic partner relationships requiring global coordination and executive engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Legal, Supply Chain Management, and regional teams to maximize partner value and customer outcomes.
- Drive partner readiness through enablement programs, certifications, solution training, and delivery quality standards.
- Support commercial activities including partner models, agreements, risk management, pursuits, proposals, and renewals.
- Monitor and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, order intake, delivery capacity, partner performance, and ecosystem health.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, energy, partnerships, channel management, business development, sales, services, or related leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of energy, asset-intensive industries, and enterprise asset management, workforce management, field service, or related solutions.
- Proven experience developing and managing partner ecosystems, including strategy, onboarding, governance, performance management, and growth initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global, cross-functional organizations.
- Experience driving operational excellence through governance, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix environment.
- Demonstrated people leadership capabilities with experience developing teams and organizational capability.
