Global AI Activation Regional Enablement, Assistant Manager (6 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional and country teams to identify, prioritize, and execute AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
• Manage regional activation plans and tactical project deliverables, including timelines, artifacts, and budget monitoring for country-level initiatives.
• Track and report key metrics for AI programs, supporting data collection for regional scorecards and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Member Firms and foster collaboration to accelerate AI adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives, advocating for adoption and addressing concerns across diverse organizational audiences.
• Support strategic planning by assessing risks and challenges, providing input on mitigation plans to ensure successful AI implementation.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management and team leadership, successfully managing multiple workstreams within complex programs.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and adaptability skills, able to respond quickly to evolving business needs and technologies.
• Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, engaging senior leadership, global teams, and partners effectively.
• Excellent communication and project execution skills, including planning, tracking, and delivering multiple projects while mitigating risks.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Monday), with hands-on experience experimenting with enterprise-grade AI solutions.
