Job Description

This is a expended role due to our countinued growth. The role exists to strengthen strategic client relationships, ensure high‑quality mobility service delivery, and drive growthacross a portfolio of key corporate global and regional accounts.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and nurture strategic partnerships with key corporate clients, acting as their primary advisor onglobal mobility needs.
  2. Oversee contractual obligations for service delivery to ensure consistent quality, compliance, and alignmentwith client expectations.
  3. Develop and execute accountplans that support client workforce strategies and long‑term client objectives.
  4. Identify opportunities to expand services, improve program performance, and enhance client satisfaction
  5. Protect and grow the commercial value of eachaccount through effective portfolio management and data‑driven insights.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own the strategic relationship with a defined portfolio of key corporate clients, acting as the primary pointof contact and trusted advisor on all mobility‑related matters.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with each client's mobility strategy, business priorities, and globalworkforce objectives.
  • Drive client retention and growth by identifying opportunities to expand service scope, introduce new solutions,and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular business reviews, performance reporting, and proactive issueresolution.
  • Represent the client voice internally,influencing service delivery, product development, and operationalimprovements.
  • Analyse program data and trends to provide insights, benchmarking, and recommendations that support clientdecision‑making.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across allmobility activities.
  • Manage contract performance,including SLA with KPIs, pricing structures, and renewal cycles.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with HR, talent, reward, procurement, and business leaders across client organisations.
  • Facilitate strategic conversations on mobility transformation, policy design, cost optimisation, and employee experience.
  • Support implementation of new programs,policy changes, or technology solutions within the client portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation,including governance frameworks, communication plans, and escalation protocols.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement,introducing best practices and emerging trends in global mobility.
  • Protect and grow revenue within the assigned portfolio through upselling, cross‑selling, and contractexpansion.
  • Monitor financial performance of each account, including profitability, forecasting, and billing accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing updates, and renewal documentation incollaboration with commercial teams.

  • Work closely with Operational teams and SMEs toensure consistency and quality of service delivery

Financial

  • Targets for client retention
  • Grow assigned accounts revenueby at least 5%-12% per annual,
  • Ensure account profitably with adherence tocredit terms

Others

  • Adherenceto SLA and KPIs for both Client and employee satisfaction

Knowledge, experience and qualifications

  • A minimum eight years ofexperience within the Global Mobility industry as a key account manager or experience in leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience of clientretention, significantly increasing revenue within existing account portfolio
  • Strong account planning and forecasting experience is essential
  • Knowledge of CRM systems andreporting capabilities, ideally using SFDC
  • Proficient in English bothwritten and speaking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Officetools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams etc.
  • Availability to travel internationally asrequired for attendance at client business reviews and presentations
  • Good to have 5 years plus experience in a sales or commercial position in International/Global Account Development
  • Other language capabilities a plus
