Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within assigned global accounts
- Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, deal management, and closing high-value opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand business needs and position relevant IT solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand wallet share through cross-selling and upselling
- Lead solution-based sales engagements across Lenovo's portfolio, including devices, infrastructure, and services
- Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to deliver integrated customer solutions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account plans, ensuring pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy
- Manage operational activities including pricing, contract negotiations, order execution, and CRM updates
Skills & Experience
Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 10+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience in the IT industry
- Proven track record of managing large/global accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Strong experience engaging C-level stakeholders and driving complex deal cycles
- Solid understanding of PC, infrastructure, and data center solutions
- Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
Good-to-have
- Existing network with enterprise customers, partners, and distributors in Singapore
- Experience in solution selling and total cost of ownership (TCO) positioning
- Exposure to multinational/global account environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
