What You'll Deliver
Global Retention & Growth -Drive year-on-year retention, margin, and share-of-wallet growth across your global portfolio. Your portfolio may comprise of regional and large local customers.
-Act as the single point of accountability for client executives, C-suite and procurement leads worldwide.
Program Leadership -Lead global tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations, ensuring commercial wins and sustainable profitability. - Standardize processes, optimize policy compliance, and drive booking efficiencies across multiple regions. .
Strategic Advisory -Partner with client leadership to design future-ready travel programs, integrating sustainability, payments, and digital transformation. -Use benchmarking, market insights, and ATPI's data analytics to deliver compelling business reviews at local, regional and global level. .
Execution & Delivery -Oversee global implementations and expansion projects, ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI. -Develop global account plans with clear KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards. .
Commercial & Financial Ownership -Own client P&L performance, forecasting, and budget planning. -Ensure timely commercial settlements and adherence to contractual obligations across all markets. .
Market Influence & Thought Leadership -Represent ATPI at global client forums and industry events. -Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry stakeholders to enhance ATPI's global positioning.
What We're Looking For :Experience - 5-7+ years in global account management, program management, or client success within a TMC or international B2B services environment. - Proven success leading multi-country travel programs with global stakeholder engagement. .
Skills & Strengths - Commercially sharp with deep knowledge of contracts, pricing, and margin management. - Exceptional relationship builder, able to influence at C-suite and global procurement level. - Strong project management skills with experience running large-scale global implementations. - Confident public speaker with advanced presentation and storytelling ability. .
Knowledge - Good understanding of APAC, EMEA, and/or North America travel landscapes. - Exposure to digital platforms (OBTs) virtual payments, and sustainability solutions.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (Business or related field). - Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization
