Part of HPE's Global Logistics & Spares Sourcing team, the Global Partner & Program Management Manager is responsible for driving strategic relationship management and innovation ideation with our key logistics & spares partners. Leveraging know-how logistics, service supply chain and consulting, emphasis is on strategy, supplier development, business relationships, partner innovation funnel, executive top-to-tops, strategic negotiations and stakeholder alignment. Develops HPE's Partner strategy and influences cross-functional teams internally and externally to create differentiated value with our Logistics & Spares partners.
Responsibilities:
- Leads Strategic Relationship Management with our strategic partners.
- Creates HPE's Supplier Segmentation Strategy, Partner Road-map with thought leadership and strategic ideation
- Consultatively engages multiple stakeholders internally and externally to run Ideation workshops, Value-Stream Mapping exercises to fruition idea to concept stage
- Setups regular cadence with Executive Sponsors, Account Managers and Procurement Director for strategic relationship management
- Hosts Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and BU Connects - with a clear vision, purpose of EBRs and driving strategic value through EBR engagements
- Builds strategic relationships and actively partners with multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or suppliers at the VP and SVP level on a regular basis.
- Supports Sourcing team on socialization of RFI/ RFQ/ post-RFQ discussions with LSPs, Kitting & OEM Partners
- Supports Contracts team, Global Operations, Claims, PMO & Sustainability teams on critical P1 escalations
- Runs strategic programs such as Warehouse Network Optimization, Synergy Programs, Intermodal Transportation programs, Sustainability/ Cybersecurity liaison from Sourcing
- Influences Business Process & Solution, IT, Planning teams and other external stakeholders (ODMs, Material Planners, etc) to drive sourcing strategy via focused Partner Management program
- Runs Partner Survey and drives improvement of Net Promoter Score of Supplier partnerships
- Manages Partner awards and recognitions, Partner Summit
- Collaborates with peers as a team-player in multi-modal, cross-region synergies.

Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree or equivalent experience advanced university degree preferred.
- Typically, 12-15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain or related function.
- Deep experience in Consulting, Strategic Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management and Business Process & Strategy alignment.
- Proven performer in 3PL Logistics & Aftermarket solutions or Logistics Procurement/ Supplier Strategy
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of logistics marketplace with prior experience in Consulting domain
- Experience running strategic ideation workshops and managing relationships
- Loves to host events, meet people and engage C-level stakeholders
- Strong lead with ability to work in ambiguous environments
- Ability to multi-task and navigate between strategic & hands-on work effectively.
- Passion for AI - fail, learn, experiment and innovate on AI for Sourcing/ Partner Management.
- Ability to close complex discussions in a timely fashion.
- Reasonable flexibility to work across global time-zone.
