Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Sales Strategist to develop, refine, and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, improve sales processes, and optimize go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proven track record of enabling high-performing sales teams through data-driven insights and market intelligence.

Role Overview

As a GIS Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain GIS applications and tools that support geospatial data management, analysis, and visualization. Working closely with development team and internal stakeholders, you will translate business and geospatial requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions while ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain GIS applications using:Esri ArcGIS EnterpriseArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript Python.NET SDKReact.js
• Implement geospatial capabilities such as spatial analysis, geocoding, routing, and interactive mapping within enterprise applications.
• Develop spatial analysis tools and automated GIS workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on GIS architecture and solution design.

Integration & Customization

• Integrate GIS functionality with existing enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Customize GIS tools, workflows, and applications to meet client-specific business requirements.

Data Management

• Manage geospatial data acquisition, processing, validation, and quality assurance.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational and industry data standards.
• Support the design and maintenance of geodatabases and spatial data models.

Technical Support & Collaboration

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance the performance of GIS applications and services.
• Provide technical support for GIS-related issues and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, project managers, to deliver successful solutions.

Required Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience deploying and managing GIS solutions in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
• 10+ years of experience with the Esri ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro.
• Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, and .NET technologies.
• Solid understanding of: Spatial data models Geo databases GIS architecture and integration with external systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams working remotely. 
• Knowledge of data protection laws.
