Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries/complaints
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
- Support the Shop Manager with staff scheduling, training, and reporting
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- 5-day workweek, able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Working locations at Suntec City/ Wisma Atria or Raffles City
