Our client is an established player in the Logistics industry. Keen to hire a Group Financial Controller in Singapore with a mandate to build and scale the finance function from scratch.

Budget

SGD 13,000 - 14,000 per month + Bonus

Requirements

• Degree qualified, with more than 10 years of experience in finance leadership capacity (latest role as a Finance Director/ Financial Controller/ Head of Finance)
• Experience managing end-to-end Finance & Accounting responsibilities for Singapore portfolio
• Logistics industry experience
• Strong operational exposure and the ability to act as a strategic partner to business leaders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, highly driven, motivated, independent and has strong communication skills

Job Scope

An established Logistics MNC is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee its Singapore finance operations. The role is responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and governance. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will provide commercial insights, maintain financial discipline, and support decisions that drive sustainable growth.

You will lead the annual planning and budgeting process, monitor business performance against targets, and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency. The position will oversee internal controls, audit activities, risk management, and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will support business initiatives, investments, and finance transformation projects while working cross-functionally to strengthen processes and business performance.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring strong engagement, capability building, and succession planning. You will work closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration across the organisation.

This role requires a hands-on finance leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution while maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and people leadership.
