The Company

Our client is a SGX-listed company operating in the industrial and sustainable energy sector. The organisation is embarking on a growth journey and is seeking a hands-on Finance Director to drive performance improvement initiatives, optimise cost structures, and enhance overall business profitability.

Budget

SGD 14,000 - 15,000 per month
Requirements

- Degree in Accountancy

- Must: Experience in asset-heavy/infrastructure business, ideally energy, utilities or project-based sectors

- Must: Experience in M&A, fund-raising and corporate transactions. Exposure to project costing, budgeting, and building cashflow models will be highly advantageous

- Ability to work with founder, board members and executive directors

- Prior Big 4 background and SGX listed company experience in the commercial sector will be helpful

Job Scope

A growing listed business is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Finance Director to join its leadership team. Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board, the CFO will drive business performance, strengthen financial governance, and support the organisation's growth strategy. The role combines strategic leadership with operational ownership, covering business partnering, financial planning and analysis, profitability improvement, working capital management, and the development of scalable finance processes and controls.

Beyond leading finance, compliance, audit, tax, and risk management, this position will play a key role in corporate initiatives such as fundraising, M&A, business restructuring, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior finance leadership experience, preferably within a SGX listed company environment. This opportunity suits a finance leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a growth-focused environment.
