Geotechnical Design Engineer

JobScope :

- Perform geotechnical design formarine and civil engineering works including piling, quay walls, jetties,cofferdams, slope protection, and ground improvement

- Conduct soil-structureinteraction analysis and foundation design

- Carry out pile foundationdesign, soil bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, and earth retainingstructure analysis

- Review and interpret soilinvestigation reports and instrumentation data

- Perform design calculations andsimulations using relevant software

- Prepare design reports, methodstatements, and technical submissions

- Liaise with project teams,consultants, subcontractors, and clients

- Provide technical support tosite teams

- Review drawings and proposevalue engineering solutions

- Ensure compliance withEurocodes and local authority requirements

- Prepare technical reports andmaintain documentation

Requirements

- Degree in Geotechnical / CivilEngineering or equivalent

- Minimum 3-8 years of relevantexperience

- Experience in marine works,piling, or ground improvement preferred

- Strong knowledge in soilmechanics and foundation engineering

- Proficient in PLAXIS,GeoStudio, MIDAS, SAFE, ETABS, or STAAD Pro

- Familiar with Eurocodes andlocal standards
