We are hiring a GEO Specialist to help brands improve visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.
We're looking for someone with around 2 years of SEO experience who understands search fundamentals, but is not trapped in old SEO thinking. You should be curious, analytical, and excited to explore how brands get discovered, cited, and recommended by LLMs, AI search tools, and answer engines.
Responsibilities
. Research and execute GEO strategies
. Analyze brand visibility across Google, LLMs, and AI search products
. Identify content, authority, and query-intent opportunities
. Turn findings into clear optimization recommendations
. Run experiments and iterate based on data
. Collaborate with content, strategy, and product teams
Requirements
. 2 years of SEO or related experience
. Strong understanding of search fundamentals
. Analytical, curious, and fast-learning
. Open-minded and not limited by traditional SEO frameworks
. Interested in AI search, LLMs, and new discovery behaviors
. Strong English communication skills
Nice to Have
. Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, or similar tools
. Experience with content strategy or experimentation
. Exposure to AI tools, prompt workflows, or startup environments
