Our client, a reputable MNC main contractor, is looking for a Site/Project Manager/Engineer for an on-going soil project.
about the job
- Plan all works on site
- Responsible for site preparation works and monitor work progress
- Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments
- Conduct regular site progress meeting with subcontractors, monitor
- Report on the project status and site progress regularly to the Project Manager
- Responsible to understand the geotechnical aspects of the project e.g. Soil Condition
skills & experience required
- Degree in Geotechnical / Civil engineering
- Min 8 years of experience in project / site management for ground foundation/soil improvement projects
- Comfortable to be on site (island wide)
- Comfortable to undergo Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) to enter worksite
- Specialised experience in bored pile works will be a plus
- Familiar with construction codes and authority submission processes
- Comfortable working 5.5/6 day work week due to projects
