The ideal trainer should possess hands-on experience and practical expertise in generative artificial intelligence, especially in leveraging these technologies for business value.
The trainer must clearly explain generative AI concepts, demonstrate practical AI tools, and guide discussions on ethical, strategic, and operational issues for business professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on generative AI concepts and practical applications.
- Demonstrate AI tools for generating text, images, audio, video, and code.
- Guide business professionals in applying generative AI to workplace scenarios.
- Simplify complex concepts for non-technical and technical learners.
- Lead discussions on ethical, strategic, and operational topics related to generative AI.
- Advise learners on best practices for evaluating and implementing generative AI solutions.
Requirements:
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of generative AI fundamentals, use cases, and current capabilities.
- Confident using AI tools for various content types (text, image, audio, video, code).
- Awareness of key risks, limitations, and ethical challenges in generative AI.
Business and Practical Experience:
- Track record of applying generative AI to real-world business challenges, such as automation or content creation.
- Able to help learners solve business problems with generative AI solutions.
- Experience reviewing and assessing impact of AI implementations.
Teaching and Communication Skills:
- Experience conducting interactive training, workshops, or seminars.
- Capable of communicating AI concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Skilled at facilitating business strategy and risk management discussions.
Domain Coverage:
- AI Fundamentals and Generative AI concepts.
- Generative text, image, audio, video, and code.
- Challenges: Risks, ethics, limitations of generative AI.
- Business strategies: Best practices, project evaluation, organizational integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar field.
- Prior experience delivering generative AI, digital transformation, or technology-focused training.
- Minimum one year conducting professional training or workshops.
- No ACLP requirement
Professional guidance and TTT will be provided.
