Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior with expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to lead innovative projects in our Pune office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning workflows, particularly with ML Flow, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects focused on Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning workflows using ML Flow.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and project management methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Expertise in ML Flow for managing machine learning workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data science principles.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in technology-driven projects.
