Qualifications
Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information systems, or related STEM fields
2+ years full lifecycle machine learning application product development experience
2+ years of experience in building and delivering sophisticated solutions, that leverage various AI solutions, machine learning algorithms, or technologies and are able to scale optimally
B2C Market Mechanism Design Direction
Design and optimize B2C market mechanisms, including pricing, incentives, matching, and allocation frameworks to drive customer engagement and business growth
Develop end-end solutions from problem formulation, data analysis, mechanism modelling and simulation to experimentation, validation and large-scale deployment
Leverage economic theory, game theory and market design principles to create scalable, incentive compatible and efficient marketplace solutions
Drive both high level economic framework design and detailed implementation strategies and conduct cross functional design reviews as needed
Ensure robustness, fairness, and performance of deployed mechanisms, through continuous monitoring, experimentation (e.g A/B testing) and iterative optimization
Actively participate in business and technical discussions and forums across Amex to align market designs strategies with enterprise objectives.
