Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Consultant to lead a 6month initiative focused on designing and developing an enterprise-grade AI solution using Anthropic Claude. The role involves end-to-end ownership of AI capability developmentfrom ideation and architecture to prototyping and final deploymentworking collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Design & Development
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of a Claude-based GenAI tool (Claude 3.x series).
- Build prototypes, refine prompts, evaluate model performance, and optimize workflows.
- Architect scalable AI components, including RAG pipelines, automation flows, or conversational agents.
Technical Delivery
- Integrate Claude APIs with backend systems and front-end interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop production-ready features.
- Conduct model testing, benchmarking, and performance tuning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, UX designers, and SMEs to refine requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to gather use cases and align stakeholders.
- Lead agile ceremonies for sprint planning, reviews, and demonstrations.
Governance, Compliance & Safety
- Implement responsible AI usage policies aligned with organizational standards.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while using Claude and related tools.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
- Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions for internal teams to sustain the solution post-handover.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude APIs and GenAI development.
- Proven track record building AI-driven applications (LLMs, RAG, chatbots, agents).
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js and common AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS).
- Background in MLOps, observability, and monitoring for AI systems.
- Prior work in enterprise AI adoption or digital transformation programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- +1 years of hands on related development experience.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
