Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled technicians and machinists in their daily tasks.
- Perform basic tasks such as cleaning parts, preparing materials, or packing finished goods.
- Move raw materials, parts, and finished products within the facility.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision (e.g., grinders, pallet jacks, hand tools).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Dispose of waste and scrap materials in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Support loading/unloading of goods and materials when required.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Primary or Secondary School education.
- Experience: No prior experience required on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for extended periods.
Able to lift, carry, and move materials up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 25kg]. - Soft Skills:
Reliable and hardworking.
Willing to learn and follow instructions.
Team-oriented and punctual.
Basic understanding of workplace safety.
