General Technician

Job Scope:

• Carry out minor building works, plumbing, and other related repair and maintenance tasks.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of building systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Attend promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and clients.
• Record job completion details, including time-stamped documentation after each task.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Willing to work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.

• Willing to travel to different work sites as assigned.

• Responsible and able to respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely manner.

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, and repair works preferred.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.
