Restaurant Operations
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.Ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service at all times.Uphold high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Team Supervision & Training
Supervise, coach, and motivate service crew and kitchen team.Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff.Lead by example to maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.Plan and manage staff scheduling and manpower planning.
Customer Service
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns.Maintain a welcoming environment for all customers.Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, including NEA, SFA, and WSQ requirements.Maintain food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation standards.
Inventory & Cost Control
Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when needed.Monitor wastage, control operating costs, and ensure stock accuracy.Support administrative tasks and reporting when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry in Singapore. Experience managing a restaurant or supervising a service team. Strong people management skills with ability to lead both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams. Familiar with local F&B regulations, food safety standards, and hygiene compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments. Passionate about providing quality food and excellent customer experience.
