General Nurse (Clinic)

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Nurse to join our clinic team in a fast-paced outpatient environment. You will play a pivotal role in performing clinical procedures and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical procedures including venepuncture, blood collection, ECG, and vaccinations for adults and children

• Assist doctors during clinical examinations and minor procedures as required

• Administer vaccinations strictly in accordance with established clinical protocols

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and update patient records within the clinic management system

• Ensure the proper handling, storage, and maintenance of specimens, medications, and medical equipment

• Uphold rigorous infection prevention and control standards within the clinic premises

• Support daily clinic operations and undertake additional nursing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board practicing certificate

• Prior experience working in a GP, specialist, or outpatient clinic setting is preferred

• Proven competency in performing venepuncture and ECG procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on working effectively with children and families

• Familiarity with electronic medical records or clinical management systems is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
