Job Summary
Support brand strategy development and execution to drive market presence and sales growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, maintain brand consistency, and optimize brand promotion activities across digital and traditional channels.
We are hiring a senior, hands-on commercial leader to build and scale a well-known China IPO consumer brand in Singapore, owning brand, omnichannel sales, GMV planning, margin control, and end-to-end operations.
This is a full ownership role, accountable for 2026 GMV targets, from strategy to execution - online and offline.
Brand & Market
Own brand positioning and localisation for Singapore / SEA
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Omnichannel GMV
Online: TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, brand website (DTC)
Offline: KA channels, exhibitions, pop-ups, brand stores, group-buy
Build and execute annual GMV plan by channel
Commercial & Margin
Own pricing, promotions, and channel margin
Balance growth, profitability, and long-term brand value
End-to-End Operations
Oversee fulfilment, warehouse, logistics
Own customer service, returns, repair & aftersales
Ensure operations scale with GMV - without margin leakage
Leadership
Act as single owner across sales, marketing, ops, and partners
Build a lean, execution-driven team
Report directly to CEO / HQ with clear GMV & P&L metrics
8-12+ years in consumer brand / omnichannel / GMV-driven roles
Proven ownership of GMV targets and margins
Strong understanding of SEA e-commerce ecosystems
Experience working with China brands / China HQ (IPO brand a plus)
Comfortable being hands-on, fast-moving, and accountable
You only manage one function (marketing / ops / sales only)
You avoid owning numbers and results
You prefer stability over building from scratch
This role owns the GMV. No excuses - but no ceiling.
