Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company objectives
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans that drive measurable business outcomes and enhance market position
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team by fostering collaboration and aligning departmental goals with company strategy
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to support business development and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape company direction, influence decision-making, and promote a culture of innovation and accountability
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in energy systems, engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant managerial experience with proven leadership in energy, engineering, or technology-driven industries
- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills applied to business growth and operational management
- Proven people management skills in leading diverse teams toward achieving organizational goals
