- Property maintenance and upkeep:Oversee and coordinate all maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Manage staff, vendors, and contractors for property upkeep.
Conduct property inspections.
- Leasing and occupancy:Market and show vacant apartments to prospective tenants.
Maintain a high occupancy rate.
Ensure all lease agreements are up to date and legally compliant.
- Legal and administrative:Ensure the property complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all income, expenses, leases, and tenant information.
Handle administrative tasks and filing.

- Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
