• Manage daily company operations effectively in the director's absence to ensure business continuity
• Develop and implement new business strategies to expand market presence and drive company growth
• Analyze and improve company standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist the director in restructuring the company to optimize organizational performance
• Identify and execute initiatives to improve overall company efficiency and productivity
• Lead efforts to elevate the company's performance and competitive position in the industry
• Travel as required to support business development and client engagements
