Both roles ensure consistency and compliance.
. Maintaining quality standards (product or service)
. Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
. Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
. Conducting regular checks and audits
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Managing resources efficiently is critical.
. Monitoring inventory levels
. Ordering supplies and managing vendors
. Reducing waste and controlling costs
. Ensuring uninterrupted supply for operations
5. Financial & Cost Control
Both roles are accountable for budgets and profitability.
. Managing operating costs

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Tracking results and improving outcomes.

. Handling operational issues in real time

8. Customer / Stakeholder Focus

. Ensuring customer satisfaction (diners or clients)

9. Health, Safety & Risk Management
Both roles carry responsibility for workplace safety.

Job Requirements
.At least 10 years experience as General Manager in restaurants
.Demonstrable managerial experience in customer service.
.Extensive knowledge of food and beverages (F&B), including the capacity to recall recipes and ingredients to advise patrons and wait staff.
.Knowledge of restaurant management programs such as Peach Works and OpenTable.
.Strong people, motivational, and leadership abilities.
.Acute knowledge of money management.
