General Manager, Thailand (Urgent/Manufacturing/Expat Package)

Reporting to CEO, this position is to drive and oversee the daily operations and business activities in the Thailand Manufacturing Facility. Responsible to ensure strategic business goals are met and aligned with the company's business plan and vision.

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 10 years of related experiences. MBA an advantage
• Minimum 10 years in Plastic Injection Molding/Manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in leading a team and deliver outstanding customer experience
• Proven sales records with progressive management style
• Meticulous with a flair for details and ability to review financial numbers and analyst business performance
• Location: Based in Thailand ( 100 headcount)
• Salary: Monthly basic + expat package with home leave airfares
