The Job:
- Execute commercial initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic objectives and report to Regional Sales Director to drive long-term business growth strategies.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs, fabricators, distributors, and other industry stakeholders to expand market presence.
- Monitor sales pipeline performance, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to ensure achievement of revenue targets and effective business planning.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive market position.
- Develop annual sales budgets, business plans, revenue forecasts, and strategic sales initiatives to support sustainable business growth and profitability.
The Talent
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering
- 10 - 15 years sales experience in Stainless Steel, Special Metals, Steel Distribution, Engineering Materials
