Job Summary
Responsible for the overall management of sales operations, providing leadership to the Singapore regional headquarters to ensure operational excellence and drive growth strategies across Southeast Asia and India.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the regional sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market presence across SEA and India
- Manage daily sales operations, ensuring effective coordination between the Singapore office and regional subsidiaries
- Drive operational excellence by aligning sales processes with business goals and regional market demands
- Facilitate high-level negotiations and reporting with Japanese stakeholders and Japan headquarters using native-level Japanese proficiency
- Oversee communication and management of local workforce and regional operations using business-level English
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in Japan to understand business nuances and operational standards for Japan HQ alignment
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese for effective communication with Japanese stakeholders and Japan HQ
- Business-level proficiency in English for managing local workforce and regional operations in SEA and India
