Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to drive efficient workflow, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and optimize financial performance. Manage and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating on marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and controlling costs to optimize resource utilization
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to build a skilled and motivated team
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive work culture
  • Ensure a welcoming experience for all guests by promptly and professionally handling inquiries and complaints
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular patrons to enhance customer loyalty
  • Develop and manage the factory budget to monitor sales, labor costs, and identify opportunities for financial improvement
  • Optimize profitability by minimizing waste and controlling operational expenses
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that attract and retain customers
  • Participate in local food events to increase brand awareness and community engagement
  • Use restaurant management software to generate reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Make data-driven decisions based on sales, costs, and operational analytics to improve business outcomes
  • Apply expertise in local sauce recipes and develop new recipes to support product innovation and customer satisfaction
