General Manager

Job description:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the location.
• Ensure the quality of projects, efficiency, financial results and improvements.
• Maximize utilization and create a good balance between capacity and expertise, together with the local managers.
• Create and communicate clear operational rules and guidelines.
• Efficient planning of resources (people and equipment) using local Resource Management.
• Decide upon corrective actions in case of conflicts and/or set priorities where needed.
• Responsible for the overall business planning of the location.
• Responsible for the execution of the global strategy.
• Responsible for the compliance of safety regulations and other regulations on the locations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the BDM responsible for a good customer relationship.
• Maintain adequate technical knowledge and expertise to achieve company-wide competitive offerings in such markets
• Create optimal working atmosphere and safe working conditions within the location and guide the culture.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience working in IT Security and/or managing security operations and teams.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards
• Ability to understand laws and regulations as it applies to IT Security & Risk
• Hands-on experience in security systems including IC's, SOC's, payment systems, IoT devices, medical devices and automotive
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, to understand client needs and deliver to meet their expectations.
• Preferred experience insetting up new Security Labs in different countries
