Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and implement real estate business plans and strategies to expand the business across the APAC region, by creating an appropriate investment portfolio, liaising with the Real Estate Business Unit at the Tokyo Headquarters.
- Oversee and manage a diversified portfolio of real estate and infrastructure investments in Indonesia, India, Australia, and Vietnam in collaboration with local management companies and rotational staff.
- Establish and grow new business investment portfolios in APAC by formulating strategies based on market insights gained through direct engagement with local market players and strong relationships with local partners.
- Support the Group Head of the Development Group in operating the business group by refining organizational regulations, coordinating with the Real Estate business, and liaising with Tokyo Headquarters.
- Lead and manage the staff of the new business group, with the aim of expanding the team in the near future.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized University, with more than 10 years of experience in real estate business, including management and acquisition of real estate development projects, as well as equity investments in such projects.
- Possess strong and comprehensive knowledge of real estate business industry.
- More than 5 years of experience in managing staffs.
