General Manager (Operation and Sales)

Salary Package: Basic $10,000 + $1,000 Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Singapore business strategy aligned with SEA and Group direction.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and strategic partnerships/key accounts.

• Oversee full P&L for Singapore, including budgeting, forecasting, cost efficiency, and reporting.

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations to ensure service excellence, productivity, and risk control.

• Lead and develop the Singapore team, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

• Ensure governance, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with Group standards.

• Embed sustainability/ESG initiatives into local operations and promote ethical business practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline (MBA is an advantage).

• 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain, at GM/Country Head level.

• Strong track record in P&L management, commercial leadership, and business growth.

• Experience working in a regional matrix environment with regional/Group stakeholders.

• Airfreight and electronics/hi-tech industry experience is strongly preferred.
