The General Manager – Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's end-to-end operational performance, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with overall business objectives. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across core functions, driving execution excellence while continuously improving processes, systems, and team performance.
