Job Description

1) As a General Manager of the Wellness Business Dept plays key role and contribute to the business development in the AP region and implement them based on the strategy of Head Quarter Wellness Business Unit.

2) By utilizing the accumulated knowledge about the business of healthcare and life-science, investment, and support to our affiliate companies, study and depict growth strategy to enhance company's business base in this domain.

3) Set clear strategy and directions of the department and take responsibilities to achieve department target.

4) Lead and guide the department members with care and precisely monitor the operation status in the department. Regardless of the position, give appropriate advice to the people concerned as needed while looking around widely, and contribute to the development of organizational members.

5) Giving proper guidance and strategies for our affiliates in the wellness and healthcare sector.

6) Collaboration with HQ through good communication and Co-develop new projects together with HQ and other branches in AP region.

7) Participate in the management of the organization and contribute to the achievement of the business plan and appropriate counting management while paying attention to internal control and governance.

Job Requirements

1) Approximately at least 10 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry.

2) Preferably have experience in trading operations, including import and export.

3) Have the skills of (i) Investment and Project Manager, (ii) Control and support of affiliate companies (iii) Trading, (iv) New business development, plan and execution, (v) Team management, (vi) Human Resource Development.

4) Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese, required for business communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with Japanese business practices to ensure effective collaboration.

5) Draw out the potential of other division members and support their growth.
