Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and scalable mushroom production
- Implement and optimize automation technologies to enhance production processes and reduce manual intervention
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout manufacturing activities
- Develop and execute cost control strategies to maintain budgetary targets and improve profitability
- Plan and coordinate capacity expansion initiatives to meet increasing business demands
