The Talent
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury F&B sector; a qualification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong command of English with the ability to interpret written materials and follow verbal instructions accurately.
- Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset and positive attitude.

The Job
- Champion and uphold the restaurant's brand ethos, ensuring excellence across food, beverage, and overall guest experience.
- Drive revenue growth by planning and implementing sales strategies aligned with financial targets.
- Manage overall outlet performance by balancing revenue generation with cost control, including food costs.
- Oversee procurement and stock control across all areas to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Plan manpower deployment effectively to meet operational demands while managing labour costs.
- Lead end-to-end people management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and development.
- Set the benchmark for service excellence by leading through example and continuously enhancing service delivery standards.
- Monitor team performance closely, guiding both managers and service staff to consistently meet expectations.
- Identify hiring needs, support talent acquisition efforts, and implement ongoing training and development plans, including performance reviews.
- Supervise all cash-related processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to loss prevention measures.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions such as scheduling, payroll, opening/closing procedures, and operational planning.
- Take charge of service operations on the floor, overseeing the full guest journey from welcome to departure, including order taking, food and beverage delivery, and payment handling.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Build strong guest rapport, proactively addressing feedback and resolving service concerns.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and corrective actions where required.
- Handle backend system tasks, including POS administration, menu updates, and staff profiles.
- Execute marketing initiatives and ensure timely communication of promotions and updates to the team.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall facility condition.
- Promote a safe working environment by identifying risks, addressing hazards, and managing incident reporting and investigations.
- Ensure team members are well-trained on products, services, and service standards through structured training sessions.
- Authorize maintenance works and ensure the outlet remains well-maintained within budget guidelines.
