Job Summary
A Construction Company is seeking self-motivated and independent individuals to join us.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects to achieve profitable and successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget
- Execute and monitor civil, structural, and architectural site works including site planning, coordination, material ordering, delivery, and stock control to ensure operational efficiency
- Supervise and monitor subcontractors and workers to maintain stipulated quality standards and implement timely remedial actions when necessary
- Facilitate and actively participate in project site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly Project Progress Reports to clients, consultants, or management to communicate project status and issues
- Coordinate and perform managerial duties on site to support project execution and team performance
- Independently manage projects while leading and motivating project teams to deliver results
- Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support project coordination and stakeholder engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Building/Construction Studies/Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent (as stated: Degree in Building/Construction Studies/Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience in structural and civil works in building construction projects (as stated: Minimum 5 years experience in structural and civil works in building construction projects)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good command in English and Chinese (as stated: Good command in English and Chinese prerequisite)
