We're seeking a General Manager who has strong experience in both business operations and running a media personality-driven company, to lead this next stage of growth.
Drive company-wide growth, operational excellence, and revenue performance by overseeing marketing, sales, events, and daily operations - while transforming Innerwork Circle into a scalable media personality-led MNC-level business, anchored by founder-led storytelling, documentary content, and large-scale experiential events.
Work closely with the founder team to translate vision into clear execution and scaling strategies.
Lead company-wide growth across revenue, operations, talent, and expansion.
Build scalable systems, structures, and accountability frameworks required for MNC-level operations.
Ensure alignment across all departments with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, partnerships, launches, and audience growth strategies.
Ensure all marketing efforts directly support revenue goals and premium brand positioning.
Support growth campaigns for signature programs, Movie Screening Events, and founder-led initiatives.
Identify new market opportunities for regional and global expansion.
Design, optimize, and manage end-to-end sales funnels across multiple revenue streams.
Improve lead generation, conversion rates, retention, and upsell systems.
Lead the sales team to consistently achieve aggressive monthly and annual revenue targets.
Build predictable, scalable revenue systems that sustain and grow beyond the current $10 million annual revenue benchmark.
Oversee planning and execution of premium intensive/overseas retreats, community events, and immersive experiences.
Lead the execution of Innerwork Circle Movie Screening Events as brand experiences.
Ensure all events strengthen brand equity, audience engagement, and revenue performance.
Manage day-to-day business operations across all departments.
Improve workflows, SOPs, reporting systems, and internal communication structures.
Solve operational bottlenecks quickly while maintaining execution speed and quality.
Ensure the business operates efficiently across people, systems, and priorities.
Lead and scale Innerwork Circle as a media personality-driven company, where founder-led storytelling is a core growth engine.
Manage content ecosystems spanning long-form storytelling, short-form content, documentaries, interviews, and event-based media.
Build systems that integrate media, marketing, events, and sales into one unified growth engine.
Oversee audience growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other media platforms.
Ensure consistent brand voice, narrative direction, and public positioning across all media channels.
Recruit, lead, and mentor department heads and key team members.
Build a culture of ownership, discipline, speed, and excellence.
Develop future leaders capable of supporting regional and international expansion.
Proven experience in General Management, Operations Leadership, or Business Director roles (5+ years minimum).
Proven track record scaling businesses to multi-million revenue levels, ideally including $10M+ annual revenue environments.
Track record of managing complex, multi-entity business environments, including oversight of multiple teams, P&Ls, and operational systems.
Hands-on experience building and managing funnels, sales systems, and revenue operations.
Direct experience running or scaling a media personality-driven company or founder-led brand ecosystem.
Experience managing cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, operations, and events.
Experience working with or managing influencer-led, founder-led, or personal brand companies.
Familiarity with platform-driven growth (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar ecosystems).
Experience in premium service businesses, coaching, education, events, or transformation industries.
Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
Deep understanding of funnels, audience building, and conversion systems.
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability.
High ownership mindset with bias for speed and results.
Strong appreciation for storytelling, media, and brand narrative.
