An established multinational technology and engineering solutions provider is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead its Singapore business through the next phase of growth and transformation.
Reporting to a regional business leader, this role carries full accountability for business performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth. You will lead a team of senior functional leaders across sales, project delivery, service, and operations while driving sustainable profitability and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive business growth, profitability, and operational performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams across sales, project delivery, service, and support functions.
- Develop and execute market strategies to strengthen market position and customer engagement.
- Oversee financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Drive business transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a sizeable business unit with full P&L responsibility (USD250M+ preferred).
- Strong leadership track record managing senior leaders and large cross-functional teams.
- Sound understanding of the end-to-end business life cycle, including sales, operations, project execution, and service delivery.
- Strong financial acumen with experience driving profitable growth.
- Background within industrial technology, engineering solutions, infrastructure, or asset-intensive service environments.
- Familiarity with integrated technology systems and complex technical solution environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, solve complex business challenges, and drive organisational transformation.
