Our client, a well-known hotel, is hiring for a general manager. This role will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage department heads across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive performance and manage cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
