Role Responsibilities

:

1. Lead overall company strategy, operations, and business development to achieve revenue, profit, and market expansion goals.
2. Oversee cross-functional teams (R&D, production, sales, marketing, supply chain) to optimize efficiency and align with brand positioning.
3. Drive product innovation, quality control, and partnership building (e.g., raw material suppliers, distribution channels).
4. Manage P&L, budget planning, and risk control while ensuring compliance with local (China) and international business regulations.
