GENERAL MANAGER

Manage the overall operational budget and financial responsibilities to ensure departmental fiscal discipline and alignment with business objectives

.Plan and implement control systems that support the department's mission and strategic goals

.Prepare and deliver monthly qualitative and quantitative KPI reports to Senior Management to inform decision-making

.Analyze performance data to monitor and improve departmental outcomes

.Convey information and ideas effectively in both written and verbal formats to Management, department staff, clients, and vendors

.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Management, superiors, subordinates, and local and overseas counterparts

.Identify and define problems through analytical skills, extract key information from clients and vendors, verify causes, and develop feasible solutions to resolve issues

.Coach and motivate department staff to enhance their performance and contributions to the business
