Role Description

The General Manager (GM) / Outlet Manager / Shift Leader role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and safety. Responsibilities include performance management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating logistics, and driving operational excellence across projects. Qualifications

• Operational management skills, including scheduling, team supervision, and performance management.

• Knowledge of rail systems, train control, and signaling technology is preferred.
• Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the rail or civil engineering sector.
• Proficiency in planning, coordination, and execution of projects to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and risk management in transport or engineering industries is a plus.
